1) J H Productions Film & Media hold the rights to refuse any bookings made via our online booking system.

2) Any Person(s) under the age of 16 may not make a booking, however their parents may make a booking on the under 16s behalf.

3) Bookings cancelled 1 hour or less hours before the service begins is highly unacceptable and may lead to future bookings being revoked.

4) Under certain circumstances a booking may require a cash deposit for cancellation purposes.

5) If a cancellation is made by J H Productions Film & Media, please email: Complaints@JHProductionsLTD.co.uk to receive a full explanation for the cancellation and how we can help or create a discount due to a company cancellation.

6) Any 'no show' bookings are noted and WILL be investigated, not showing up to a booking is highly unacceptable and may lead to future bookings being revoked, or even worse will lead to an account ban.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
